Volunteers Needed for Fri + Sat

Good Afternoon Friends,
We're gearing up for this year's Union Collective Pride fundraiser events this weekend (Friday and Saturday), and we are looking for a few amazing volunteers to help us make it all happen!
We know this is on short notice, and we truly appreciate your flexibility and willingness to step up and support our community. To ensure everything runs smoothly, we will host a brief volunteer syncing meeting on Thursday, June 4th at 6pm to go over expectations, talk through responsibilities, and answer any questions you might have. We'll continue volunteers who signup for shifts and the waiting list with the Google meets link.
Below is the breakdown of the shifts and volunteer needs for Friday, June 5th and Saturday, June 6th.
Friday, June 5th: Queer "Sports" Trivia
Location: Union Craft Brewing (Duckpin Room)
Time: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Please arrive by 5:30 PM)
Lead Contact: Maddison (Maddy)
Volunteers Needed: 3
Responsibilities: Assist Maddy with setup and running the trivia night, hand out raffle tickets to donors, and help with event breakdown.
Attire: If you have an Unmatched Athlete t-shirt, please wear it! If not, don't worry—we will have a volunteer t-shirt ready for you when you arrive.
Friday, June 5th: Drag Show
Location: Union Craft Brewing (Main Hall)
Time: 7:00 PM – 9:15 PM
Lead Contact: Olanrele
Volunteers Needed: 3
Responsibilities: Report to Olanrele upon arrival. Volunteers will hand out raffle tickets to donors, help promote our donation items to attendees, and assist with event breakdown.
Attire: Please wear your Unmatched Athlete t-shirt if you have one, or grab a volunteer t-shirt from us when you get there.
Saturday, June 6th: Pride Climbing Day & Ice Cream Social
Location: Movement Hampden & The Charmery
Time: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Volunteers Needed: 3
Responsibilities: Hand out photo-permission wristbands to youth participants (Blue = photos allowed, Red = no photos), distribute raffle tickets to donors, promote donation items, and assist with event breakdown.
Theme Alert: The theme for this Climbing Day is Superheroes (fictional or real)! We encourage all volunteers and attendees to wear clothing representing their favorite superhero.
Perk: We will be wrapping up the afternoon with an ice cream social at The Charmery, and all participants/volunteers will get 30% off their ice cream purchases!
