Celebrate the 5th Annual Union Collective Pride to Support LGBTQ+ Youth Sports
Baltimore, MD - Unmatched Athlete, in partnership with Movement Hampden and supporting businesses at Union Collective, invites the public to celebrate the 5th Annual Union Collective Pride two-day celebration, on Friday, June 5th and Saturday, June 6, 2026. This Pride Month fundraiser is dedicated to fostering inclusive sports environments and empowering LGBTQ+ youth and allies through sports and athletics. This year’s fundraiser is a vital opportunity to expand our programming and ensure every young athlete has a place to play, grow, and lead. https://UnmatchedAthlete.org/UnionCollectivePride
Event Activities
Friday Night Queer “Sports” Trivia Hour at 6pm; then Drag Show 7pm - 9pm.
The festivities kick off at Union Craft Brewing with Queer “Sports” themed Trivia Night at 6:00 pm., followed by a premier drag showcase at 7:00 pm. featuring talent from the Pride Center of Maryland. While the event is free and tailored for an adult audience, families may bring children at their own discretion. To support the mission of Unmatched Athlete, guests are encouraged to round up their bar tabs, with all proceeds serving as a direct donation to the organization.
Saturday Youth Climbing Day (12:30pm - 2:30pm) with Ice Cream Social afterwards.
Unmerited Athlete invites LGBTQ+ and allied youth (ages 5–18) to a free afternoon of bouldering at Movement Hampden from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm. In celebration of June’s "Superhero" theme, participants and parents are encouraged to sport gear representing their favorite real-life or fictional heroes. The adventure continues after the climb with an ice cream social at The Charmery, featuring exclusive discounts for attendees.
Fundraising and Support
During both days of the event, attendees can further support Unmatched Athlete’s mission by participating in a charity raffle. Featuring an array of prizes generously donated by our local community partners, raffle entries are designed to be accessible, with some tickets starting at just $5.
